International Dunnage U.S. & S.P.C. Growing

2023 is shaping up to be a great year for all of us at Superior Packaging Company and International Dunnage U.S. S.P.C! We are excited to announce 2 additional distribution centers throughout the U.S. and Canada, stocked and ready to help secure your loads and transport your goods damage free. Last year, we became vertically integrated and now we are continuing to improve our overall customer service. 

What do these additional distribution centers mean for you, our current partner or customer, and our future customers? It means we will be able to ship your load securement components in the shortest time possible, so you are able to safely block and brace your cargo during transport to their locations.

In addition, another purpose is to streamline and optimize the distribution process in the last mile, ideally storing the goods for the shortest possible time and distributing them to nearby points to avoid unnecessary travel, and unnecessary costs. Each of our existing and new centers are well-connected to ports, rail, and interstates. As we begin to increase our load securement components in each center, our customers will begin to experience a much shorter turnaround. 

The main advantages of distribution centers revolve around optimizing time and costs for companies (2 of our most consistent goals):

1. Reduced delivery times: Strategically located close to major cities and logistics and industrial areas, they help to greatly reduce times from when the order is received until the dunnage bags or other load securement components are delivered. (Please note, we are working to add full inventory.)
2. Optimization of costs: Centralizing our dunnage bags and other load securement components and shipment tasks in the last mile helps to optimize a company’s costs, reducing unnecessary storage and transport expenses. 
3. Service flexibility: Distribution centers, as supply chain intermediaries, allow us the flexibility and the responsiveness to meet the your needs as our customers with very short order and product marketing deadlines.
4. Service quality and reliability: Distribution centers are key components in supply chain efficiency. They help to avoid errors and ensure a reliable and quality delivery within the estimated timeframe.
