Dunnage Bag Hanger Tool in Action

Pictured below is our latest set of new tools designed to save you money, protect your cargo and improve overall efficiency whether loading a truck, railcar, or sea container. 

Featured new tools include: Dunnage Bag Hanger and Hanger Tool, Corrugated Void Filler Hanger Tool and Void Filler, and our Essential Dunnage Bag Inflator Kit - Warehouse/Dock V2. All developed with you, our partners and customers, in mind. The Dunnage Bag Hanger is a custom cut cardboard application that slips onto the flap or your dunnage bag and is ideal for double stacked loads. When used in combination with the dunnage bag hanger tool, it allows an employee or driver to easily place a dunnage bag without putting the employee at risk while attempting to stabilize cargo. Once the bag is placed, an employee or driver can reach into the essential dunnage bag inflator kit and use their portable air tool and easily inflate the dunnage bag. When filled to the proper PSI, air tool and chuck are placed back in the bag. Simple, safe, cost effective, and efficient. 

The corrugated void filler tool works very similarly. In this example, the void filler is used to stabilize the bottom cargo load. For instances where a corrugated void filler is used in a stacked load, the corrugated hanger tool can be used to safely and easily place the void filler without risk to the employee or driver. Another cost effective and efficient tool used to improve transport of your cargo.
