Honeycomb Void Filler
Honeycomb filler pads and contour buffer pads are needed with certain combinations of dunnage bags used in the rail transportation environment. These honeycomb filler pads decrease the voids adjacent to the dunnage bags and lading, making it a more stable loading pattern. 

They are made of a material consisting of a kraft liner formed into continuous uniform cells. When it is expanded it can be faced with kraft liner and color coated. It can also be faced with us other substrates. The cellular form provides outstanding top to bottom compression, making it an ideal component to replace wood pallets. Honeycomb is also recyclable and biodegradable, and in many cases can replace the foam type products used in inner packing.
