Pallet Underhang
Your palletizing system may encounter boxes or bags loaded on pallets that are larger than the actual size of the bags or boxes, creating voids on the pallet sides, causing lengthwise voids within the transportation vehicle. These laminated pads can be applied to each pallet back side to establish a new contact point for the adjacent pallet, thus filling the void, minimizing the risks associated with lengthwise movement due to the voids created by pallet underhang.
Protection for Top and Bottom Tiers
Your palletizing process may create the potential for damage to the top and bottom tiers of products loaded on pallets when pallets are multi-stacked in transit. Using these laminated pads as pallet tops or buffers for pallet floor boards, will minimize the pressure of the top loaded pallets, allowing you to ship more weight in each vehicle, reducing your transportation freight cost and damages. These savings can offset the additional costs of the laminated pads.
Warehouse Stacking Stabilizers
